School Campus Tree Service

Southern California has some of the most beautiful school campuses in the entire nation. In Orange County specifically, we've had the pleasure of serving a number of the school districts in the area.

Many school campus have large, grand trees that may have been planted decades ago. It is not uncommon to see trees on school grounds that have been there for 30 to 50 years. Sometimes a problem arises if the trees were planted too close together to begin with. It isn't an issue when the trees are young or when all of the trees receive sufficient water to remain vigorous. However, if water becomes reduced, trees in close proximity to each other begin to decline, and eventually they'll die.

Some plans, while they may have been planted in the 1960s or earlier, are large and gorgeous due to decades of uninhibited growth. However, with environmental changes and the drought that California has been experiencing for so long, it is important to be mindful of their health. Many campuses have trees on their property that have died but have not been removed. If these trees do need to be removed--because they pose a safety risk to humans and property--they can always be replaced with a tree that is best-suited for the campus location and our climate in Southern California, keeping in mind that this tree will need to thrive for the next half century along with all the surrounding foliage.
